Service Limitations

  • Verification codes expire after 10 minutes
  • Limited verification attempts per phone number per day
  • Service availability subject to WhatsApp/Twilio uptime
  • Alternative verification methods provided if WhatsApp unavailable

Data Processing for Verification

  • Verification codes are temporary and automatically deleted after 24 hours

AI Service Limitations and Dependencies

  • Third-Party Dependency: AI image generation depends on third-party AI service provider availability
  • Generation Limits: Usage limited by your subscription tier (Silver: 5 tries, Gold: 100 tries, etc.)
  • No Uptime Guarantees: We cannot guarantee continuous availability of AI generation services
  • Quality Variations: Image quality and accuracy may vary based on prompts and AI model capabilities
  • Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove generated content that violates our policies
  • Model Updates: AI models may be updated or changed, potentially affecting generation results

User Responsibilities for AI Content

  • Ensure generated images are appropriate for your business and target audience
  • Provide clear disclaimers that images are AI-generated when required by law or good practice
  • Do not use generated images to misrepresent your services or capabilities
  • Comply with applicable advertising standards and consumer protection laws
  • Respect intellectual property rights and do not generate images that infringe third-party rights

6. Platform Role and Service Limitations

Platform Role: Connection Facilitator Only

Mangga.app serves as a platform to connect customers with local businesses. We do not provide, guarantee, or take responsibility for the actual services offered by businesses listed on our platform.

What We Do NOT Guarantee

  • Service Quality: We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or delivery of services provided by businesses
  • Business Credentials: We do not verify professional qualifications, licenses, or certifications
  • Booking Confirmations: Businesses may not respond to booking enquiries or may decline bookings
  • Pricing Accuracy: Advertised prices and discounts are determined and managed by individual businesses
  • Service Availability: Business hours, service availability, and scheduling are managed by individual businesses
  • Response Times: We cannot guarantee business response times to customer enquiries
  • Dispute Resolution: We do not mediate disputes between customers and businesses

Customer Responsibility and Due Diligence

Important: Customers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting service providers:

  • Verify business credentials, qualifications, and licenses independently
  • Check insurance coverage and liability protection as needed
  • Confirm service details, pricing, and availability directly with the business
  • Read reviews and seek references from other customers
  • Understand that AI-generated images are promotional materials, not service documentation
  • Report any concerns about business conduct to support@mangga.app

7. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information from our active databases, though some information may be retained in our backup systems for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Subscription and Payment Terms

Mangga.app offers subscription-based services with different tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) providing varying levels of access to features, story limits, and AI image generation capabilities.

Subscription Tiers and Billing

  • Silver (Free): Basic features with limited story creation and AI generation
  • Gold, Platinum, Diamond: Paid tiers with enhanced features and higher limits
  • Billing Cycles: Monthly or annual billing options available
  • Payment Processing: All payments processed securely through Stripe
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Payment Terms and Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete payment information
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension or downgrade to free tier
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in our refund policy

Refund Policy and Consumer Rights

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU Consumers)

UK and EU consumers have the right to cancel new subscriptions within 14 days for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Rights Directive.

Subscription Changes and Cancellation

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately with pro-rata billing adjustments
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle
  • Cancellation: Can be done anytime through account settings or by contacting support
  • End of Service: Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Data Retention: Account data retained according to our Privacy Policy

7. User Content and Conduct

Our Services allow you to create, upload, and share content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. By uploading content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any media.

You agree not to use our Services to:

We may delete any images generated through our Services if they are deemed harmful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from Mangga.app related to your account and use of our Services. These communications may include notices about your account, changes to our Services, and information concerning or related to our Services.

We may also send you promotional emails with information about new features, products, or services. You cannot opt out of service-related communications (such as account verification, purchase confirmations, technical and security notices) as these are required for the proper functioning and administration of your account. However, you can opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Mangga.app, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Our Services depend on various third-party providers and external systems. We make no guarantees regarding service availability, uptime, or continuous operation.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently through multiple channels, respecting your consumer rights under applicable law.
